The breakfast had great choices, but the room felt dated and could use updates. Enjoyed convenient bike rentals nearby.

the hotel was big size, and the meals were outstanding, i loved the particularly good location very close to nearby activities, the town centre and a country park. the breakfast in the casual restaurant for dinner was substantial.

The staff especially the front desk team were an asset to the hotel. Overall a great experience.

It was a cold night and the bed could have used a few more blankets or a winter duvet.

The room was good, spacious, and boasted a balcony with fine views of the lush green lawns and majestic snow-capped mountains. The breakfast buffet was diverse and satisfying, catering to various tastes.

The room offered a fantastic view of the garden, which really brightened my stay. Spacious layout provided plenty of room to unpack. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, a huge plus for a restful night. I had some issues with the bathroom. The shower water pressure left much to be desired. Hot water availability was frustrating too, as it didn't last long before requiring a lengthy wait to heat back up. I also noticed several thin, worn towels that felt outdated.

Beautiful room, facility, location and view. we enjoyed our wine and cheese on the balcony.

Closeness to Mt Cook and on the main route between Queenstown and Christchurch. Close to places to eat.

My family and I stayed for a night while exploring nearby attractions such as Lake Ruataniwha and Kaki Visitor Hide. The included buffet breakfast had some decent options, and being close to these major sights was a plus. I found the bathroom amenities lacking, as we had issues with hot water and a stinky shower curtain. It was a convenient stop, but improvements in room comfort and cleanliness would enhance the experience.
